Annandale – Renovation

This renovation focused on improving functionality and comfort within a Federation-style home in Annandale. The kitchen floor was raised to create a seamless, flush transition across the ground level, and underfloor heating was installed in both the kitchen and bathroom for added everyday comfort.

The bathroom was fully upgraded with tessellated floor tiles and handmade Spanish wall tiles, blending heritage character with a fresh, contemporary feel. Remedial work was carried out to existing walls and surrounding areas to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation for all new finishes.

The result is a lighter, more practical and cohesive interior that enhances liveability while respecting the charm of the original home.
