Pejman Mahabadi
Director

Pejman is a friendly and passionate NSW registered architect with a rich background in both architecture and music. He holds a Master of Architecture and Heritage Conservation from the University of Sydney. Pejman has extensive experience in the design, documentation, and administration of various residential and heritage building projects, having worked with award-winning firms such as Design 5 Architect and Sidney Rofe-Howard Tanner Architect.
An avid traveler, Pejman spent two years journeying around the world on his motorcycle to explore and document global architectural works. His adventures fuel his passion for hand drawings and urban sketching, capturing the essence of diverse structures. Alongside sketching, Pejman meticulously photographed his journey, resulting in a captivating collection that has been featured in several photography exhibits.
Pejman’s dedication to his craft earned him the prestigious GML Heritage Award. Additionally, he holds a degree in classic music from his hometown, showcasing his diverse talents and deep appreciation for the arts.
Bijan Mahabadi

Bijan is a licensed builder with extensive experience in home builds, alterations, and renovations. He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Bijan values client relationships as one of his top priorities and consistently strives to exceed expectations.
When he’s not on the job, Bijan is a devoted dad who loves hiking with his dog and capturing the beauty of street scenes and architectural details through photography. He enjoys BBQs with friends and is known for his hands-on approach to work, seamlessly blending management skills with practical, handy work. Bijan is a natural leader, always ready to tackle projects with enthusiasm and his trusty tools.
Matt Porsadi
Senior Site Supervisor
Project Manager
Matt Porsadi is a Senior Site Supervisor and Project Manager with over two decades of experience in residential, Class 2 developments, fitouts, and joinery, both overseas and in Australia. He has delivered high-end luxury projects in Sydney, combining hands-on expertise with a keen eye for detail.
Matt holds a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery and a Diploma of Building and Construction. His practical approach ensures smooth project execution and high-quality results.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing, spending time with family, going to the gym, and BBQs with friends. His dedication to excellence and hands-on approach make him a key player in every project.
Lili Rose
Interior Designer
Lili is a dynamic interior designer with a unique background in social science and interior design. Her education provides a holistic approach to creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also socially conscious and functional.
Lili’s passion for fashion design and her extensive knowledge of fabrics and color palettes allow her to make bold design moves that stand out. She loves playing with concealed lighting to create dramatic and inviting atmospheres in her projects. As a dedicated mom, she balances her professional life with family time, often finding inspiration in her daily walks and her passion for traveling.
In the studio, Lili is a key person, bringing creativity and innovation to every project. Her expertise in felting and her eye for detail ensure that each design is unique and meticulously crafted. With a vibrant personality and a commitment to excellence, Lili transforms spaces into stunning works of art.

Nani is the friendly and efficient heart of our office. With a strong business background and extensive experience in cost and sales analysis, she keeps everything running smoothly. Nani excels at understanding clients’ needs and is dedicated to ensuring personal customer success. Her approachable demeanor and keen analytical skills make her an invaluable asset to our team, always ready to tackle challenges and exceed expectations with a smile.
Al Zamani
Site Foreman
Al brings over a decade of experience from high-end residential construction teams across Sydney and Dubai to Kooshk Architect+Builder. His leadership on construction sites is unmatched, thanks to his extensive knowledge and insights gained from diverse operations.
With a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, Al showcases his formal expertise in the industry. He is passionate about staying updated with the latest construction technologies and techniques, always seeking ways to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Outside of work, Al is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys tackling challenging hiking trails and relishes the serenity of camping amidst nature’s beauty. This adventurous spirit and attention to detail are reflected in his work, where he approaches every project with enthusiasm and a meticulous eye for detail.

Cilas, our Chief Happiness Officer, is the furry heartbeat of our office. With a wagging tail and a love for belly rubs, Cilas takes his role very seriously—spreading joy and laughter is his top priority. Whether he’s napping in the sunniest spot, sneaking treats, or offering a friendly paw, Cilas knows just how to brighten everyone’s day. His daily rounds of the office include enthusiastic greetings, stress-busting cuddles, and the occasional game of fetch.
