Freestanding Home Transformation

This project involved a complete extension and renovation of a freestanding home in Tennyson Point. The owners wanted a more open, modern layout with a generous ground-floor living space, which required significant structural modifications. Several internal walls were removed and reconfigured to create a large, open-plan area that connects seamlessly to the rest of the home.

The renovation included new bathrooms, upgraded floor and wall finishes, full tiling, and a refreshed outdoor area with updated external finishes and landscaping. Throughout the build, careful coordination was required to modernise the home while ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability.

The transformation expanded the original layout from 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, delivering the luxury, modern aesthetic the owners wanted. The result is a bright, contemporary home with improved functionality and a high-quality finish throughout.
